GlobalG.A.P. is a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) recognized audit scheme for the certification of produce sector products, from growing operations to minimally-processed (fresh-cut) produce products.

Depending on the operation being audited, GlobalG.A.P. audits include Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), Good Agricultural Practices (GAP’s), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).

SENASICA SRRC (Sistemas de Reducción de Riesgos de Contaminación) is an audit scheme developed by the Mexican government that includes measures and procedures to reduce the dangers of contamination and ensure optimum production and processing conditions.

Depending on the operation being audited, SRRC audits include Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), Good Agricultural Practices (GAP’s), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).

GS1 is a not-for-profit organization that develops and maintains global standards for business communication, including barcodes and unique identification keys.

Registering and applying GS1 barcodes and identification keys to PTI labeling enhances efficiency throughout the supply chain, and offers transparent and instant product traceability.
